Omar Al-bayyar
Founder
Omar is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and sustainability specialist with 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, ESG implementation, and program management. He has successfully led development and recovery initiatives across Iraq, Syria, and Turkey, focusing on localization, economic growth, and resilience-building.
With a Bachelor of Science in Operations Engineering, a certification in Energy Efficiency Finance from Renewables Academy (RENAC), Berlin, and a Business Sustainability Management certification from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, while serving as Program Director at Blumont, Inc. Omar brings extensive expertise in managing government-funded and corporate sustainability programs and he played a key role in shaping high-impact programs that addressed stabilization, sustainability, and capacity development.
Zinah Al-bayyar
Co-Founder & Director of Capacity Development and Sustainability
Zinah is a PhD candidate at Cankaya University specializing in interdisciplinary research on environmental psychology, architecture, and sustainable design. Her work explores acoustics, holistic design, virtual reality applications, and assessment methods to optimize human-centered and environmentally conscious solutions.
Holding a Master of Science in Acoustics and Environmental Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Engineering, Zinah has published numerous research articles and conference papers focusing on the interaction between environmental factors and human behavior.
She is also a certified foreign language instructor with over a decade of experience in developing and delivering customized training programs, emphasizing capacity building and knowledge transfer in sustainability-focused disciplines
